This past Halloween fell on a Wed., so we dressed Kennedy in her lobster costume for church that evening. Afterwards, a few families from First Landmark followed us back to our house (since we live close to the church) to take all of our kids trick-or-treating around our neighborhood. We only took Lil' Miss to a few houses of friends/neighbors that we knew would want to see her in her first Halloween costume, but she seemed to have a lot of fun picking out pieces of candy out of their bowls ALL BY HERSELF. (Don't worry...she obviously didn't get to eat ANY of it). She even knocked on the doors (ever so gently) after we would knock! She was certainly worn-out after the events of the evening, but we had a fun night together!
