Girls'/Guys' wknd. in TX

We recently spent a great "Ladies' Wknd." in TX @ Steph/Aaron's house. It was one of the last trips I could make b/f lil' man gets here and b/f I wasn't allowed to travel the last several wks. Everyone took off on Fri. so we could make it to Royce City early enough Fri. afternoon to still take advantage of that night together. It was a blast!
All of the men of the family spent Fri./Sat. @ some friends' lake house (minus Patrick and Eric who had to stay in NWA and work that wknd.). They spent their wknd. eating, sleeping and fishing. Sounds relaxing, huh?
We all met up @ church Sun. morning to be there when Aaron became a deacon in their church. It was a wonderful wknd. and the kiddos had so much fun being together for a few days too! Can't wait to do our annual girls'/guys' wknd. again next yr.!

Here's what we did all wknd....

FRIDAY:
'Build-A-Bear' fun w/ Kennedy and Ayan (redeeming b-day gift cards); dinner w/ the ladies and snowcones afterwards; movie back @ the house













SATURDAY:
Girls' day trip to Canton to shop; fun on the farm w/ the horses; traditional Kazak meal back @ the house-hosted by Steph; bath time for the cousins

















SUNDAY:
Aaron's deacon ordination service @ their church; lunch downtown Royce City @ our favorite Italian restaurant; Easter egg "growing capsules" fun back @ the house b/f we left to go home
