Some of my & my sister's favorite childhood memories are when Dad would scratch our backs each night b/f bed. TO THIS DAY...our husbands (esp. Aaron, my brother-in-law) suffer the consequences from Dad's actions. Ha, ha!
On the other hand, Patrick has always scratched/rubbed Kennedy's back for as long as I can remember ever since she was born. I always thought it was an extremely sweet moment that they would share someday. So, when Kennedy started anticipating the back-scratching a couple of weeks ago b/f she went to bed each night...we loved it! She would just cuddle on both of us for a little while & allow us to sing & scratch her back b/f taking her upstairs to her rm.
Thank you Lord for providing these opportunities for us to share in these special moments together! Your blessings overwhelm us daily.
