Our church held a special Mother's Day Brunch a wk. b/f Mother's Day, and despite the heavy rainstorms that day...it was beautiful! The ladies who set everything up placed china @ every place setting, including the 2 high chairs for the little girls who were in attendance (Kennedy and Anna). A wonderful lady traveled to be there as our guest speaker, we played a very competitive (yet fun) game, and we ate a delicious catered brunch from Marketplace Grill. Yummy! A lot of time and effort went into this day, and I was thankful that my mother-in-law offered to go w/ me and K that morning! It was also very nice to sit and enjoy it as opposed to being involved in the major planning of it. Such a treat for all who were in attendance!
