Life with the Pulleys...: LOTS of driving wknd.!

A couple of Fridays ago, the 3 of us drove to Ft. Smith to enjoy an exciting game night w/ the couples we had gone to the beach w/ (previously) this summer. What a stinkin' blast we had grilling out, playing 'Wii' (Olympics), competing guys vs. girls in 'Sing Star, playing w/ the kiddos, etc. We already look fwd. to doing it again! It was great catching up on fun memories from our vacation earlier in the summer!
We later spent the night w/ Patrick's Mema & then helped P's sister/bro-in-law pack up the remainder of their house Sat. morning for their big move to Huntsville later that day.
Then, after driving 2 vehicles back to NWA early that afternoon full w/ more of Jen/Jonathan's belongings, we unpacked & repacked for our trip to Little Rock later that evening (Sat. now). We had TWO deputation trips on Sunday. One was @ a sister church in Jacksonville, AR (outside of LR) Sun. morning & another in Cabot, AR Sun. evening. We stayed w/ some of our closest friends @ their new house in Benton Sat. evening along w/ the MBSF student that we brought w/ us as well. Jared is so faithful in our MBSF ministry & has traveled all summer w/ us to MANY deputations around the state. It was such great fellowship eating Christen's yummy dinner, watching Phelps win another gold medal, and visiting w/ several good friends that we only get to see each yr. @ church camp & occasionally during f.b. season up on campus. We even got to see my cousin Elise's apartment Sun. evening after deput. in LR b/f hitting the road for the long, LATE night drive home. She & her roomie did such a great job decorating everything to fit their personalities! Reminded me of so many fun college memories of me & my roomies! (Tear, tear...)
It was a LONG, EXHAUSTING wknd.! But we truly fit in everything that we possibly could into it & it all was so much fun too! The church deputations went great as well & we even enjoyed some great conversation/food w/ the pastor's family after service @ Jacksonville Sun. morning. We were very thankful for such amazing traveling grace the entire wknd. as the Lord KNEW how tired we were through it all!
P.S.~ Kennedy did awesome the whole wknd. & was so flexible through everything! We love you sweet girl & are so thankful for you!
