Lovin' on Pepe'

Kennedy simply adores her kitty cat (Gabby) and her big dog (Lancer), but she esp. loves saying the name of the newest member of the family...her tiny Chihuahua puppy dog named Pepe'.
Pepe' "adopted" himself into our family one evening several months ago by simply jumping into the passenger seat of my car while I was loading Kennedy up to go to a church friend's band concert. Being afraid that he would be run over by the time we returned & having no coller, we kept him in our garage & then in our side yard to slowly meet Lancer for a few days while we notified the pound of his whereabouts. We (nor the pound) ever received a single call regarding the lil' man, so a few weeks later (after becoming pretty darn attached to him), we took him to our vet to get any needed shots & such. You could defin. classify Lancer as "clinically depressed" if Pepe' isn't ever in the backyard w/ him. They have become very close & look out for one another wonderfully!
