The Fri. night b/f classes started we set up our projection screen & sound system on Old Main (historic bldg. on campus) lawn. We then showed a fun movie, served popcorn (from our rented popcorn machine) & drinks, and met several new students looking to get involved in a ministry like ours. Our students helped pass out 1,000 flyers inviting other students to attend, but even though we didn't have near that many...it was an almost perfect night! The weather was gorgeous, the movie was great, & many students have become very involved in MBSF ever since this event. Tons of fun that we'll definitely repeat again throughout the semesters!
I can't find our pictures from this evening, but I'll post some if I do!
